Ask anyone building in travel right now and you'll hear the same thing: the future of travel is social. We agree. We've believed it since day one.
The proof is everywhere. Expedia now turns Instagram Reels into bookable itineraries — share a reel, get a trip. Klook lets you book experiences without ever leaving TikTok. The biggest players in the industry are racing to bolt social discovery onto their booking funnels, because that's where the next generation of travelers actually lives.
But here's what most of them get wrong: they treat the itinerary as the hard part. It isn't. Generating a plan is the easy 5%. The real work — the heavy lifting — is everything that happens in the months before anyone is ready to book. It's the hundreds of places you save across Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Google Maps. It's the screenshots you'll never find again. It's the "wait, where was that ramen place my friend sent me?" that quietly dies in a group chat.
That messy, months-long middle is where travel intent actually forms — and almost nobody is building for it. The incumbents are optimizing the last click. We're building the layer underneath it: the memory of everywhere you've been meaning to go.
Other apps forget. Voyla remembers. That's the whole idea — turn the saves scattered across every feed into one map you can explore, organize, and, when you're ready, plan around with the people you're actually traveling with.
Social travel isn't the future anymore. It's the present. The real question is who owns the part everyone else is skipping. We think it's the part that matters most — and it's the part we've been building all along.

We're thrilled to share that Voyla has been conditionally approved for the HKSTP Ideation Programme through InspectHK LaunchPad. This prestigious 1-year pre-incubation program at Hong Kong Science and Technology Park will help us prepare for their full Incubation programme.
We're particularly excited to work with Inspect Element, a full-service startup venture builder led by former venture-backed startup leaders with deep expertise across product and marketing. Their team includes ex-Klook product managers and has worked with over 100 startups backed by leading venture firms like 500 Startups and Gobi Partners. Their impressive client portfolio includes Preface, EventX, Bowtie, HelloToby, alfred24, and KicksScrew.

Voyla has been selected to join the exclusive Launch Station Program at 886 Studios in Taiwan. We're honored to build alongside other ambitious founders in the heart of Taiwan Tech Arena (TTA), tapping into the incredible startup energy and connecting with the vibrant 886 Studios community.
886 Studios is a venture firm founded by Silicon Valley entrepreneurs behind iconic companies like Twitch, Kabam, Guitar Hero, Playdom, and HTC Vive. Through their ikigai Launchpad accelerator program, we'll have access to funding opportunities, hands-on coaching and mentorship from 886 Studio Partners, workshops, and events featuring world-class guest speakers. This isn't just workspace - it's a community of innovative builders shaping the future.

We're excited to participate in the Meet Greater South Startup Festival in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. This festival showcases how Kaohsiung is transforming from a traditional industrial hub into a global innovation city, and we're proud to be part of this movement.
Meet focuses on developing startups from early-stage to growth-stage, fostering collaboration between entrepreneurial companies and innovative enterprises. The festival creates extensive opportunities for exchanges in information, resources, funding, talent, and international connections - exactly the kind of comprehensive community platform that helps startups like Voyla thrive and scale globally.

We're excited to share that Voyla has been selected to exhibit at the Startup Grind Global Conference 2026 — one of the top teams chosen to showcase on the floor, right in the heart of Silicon Valley.
Happening April 27–29 in Redwood City, Startup Grind is one of the largest gatherings of founders, investors, and operators in the world — thousands of startup teams and 400+ funds in one place. Being selected to exhibit puts Voyla directly in front of the people building, and backing, the next generation of consumer and travel technology in the Bay Area.
For us, this is more than a booth. It's a chance to show what we've been building: a live product that turns the places people save across social media into a map they can actually explore and act on. We're bringing that story to the Valley — the memory layer for how the next generation travels.
If you'll be at Startup Grind, come find us. We'd love to show you what Voyla can do. More soon as we get closer.
